EDIT AGAIN: The plugin actually takes care of this already, no update needed.

So, to answer your question, no the tag doesn't disappear, but the content remains hidden unless a user has unlocked it.

Just trying to get it to say that you need to reply to see the post.

Any update on this bug? I'm having the exact same problem, mybb 1.8.6, tried changing all the settings, tried all tags (with and without cost/title or both)

Would truly appreciate news and if you have a donation box, I'll gladly put some in there if it gets fixed!

i am now installed this plugin, can hide content but why users can't pay and unlock it

would it be possible to replace the [hide] code with [lock] if so how would I do this lol?
