Also...notice on his site he has changed his forums to VB. I got $100 that says his license isn't legit. I already contact VB asking about it. The kid just installed yet he doesn't have the latest version of VB...stinks of piracy.

Well I am not going to get into that he said she said deal..., but it actually does not appear that Audentio is in violation of ripping.
Converting another BB's skin to MyBB is not ripping as long as you have the original author's express permission and you follow their release terms. I for one was never into the sort of lynch mob mentality of flame wars that I see going on between Labrocca and Audntio on any bulletin board unless I had documented legal proof of said allegations. I also know that some people tend to spout off a rant before thinking..., now I won't name any names but at least on one or two occasions I have seen parties involved flame someone with rash words and accusations without any "paper" to back it.

I used to frequent NBS Designz back in the day and even am a licensced owner of one of the old NBS Toplist scripts they produced..., they are very cool folks and often very free to people using their skins and scripts when you ask them.
I suggest that if someone is truly concerned then they would contact the original theme author and see if the above statement made by Audentio is correct before making a hasty judgment.

ATT: To the admins and mods I suggest that such flame wars be moderated and closed/locked before they get out of hand. Such personal attacks should if need be ..., be made in private and if needed such investigations of claims be made in private..., as most users don't want to read this crap.
PS. I suggest to the flamie and the flamed to take it to the ring in private.
Aye, I must apologize, as I got sort of fed up with the flaming and remarks of how I was doing something illegal. Thats not me, thats not why I make and release themes for you guys. I do it to help
