There are caching plugins on the main wordpress intallation and cloudflare. But cloudflare is paused for now.
you don't post what you have in the root htaccess file. What you have in the root htaccess can filter down to the subfolders and even subdomains.

Root means at the top - in this case where you have wordpress installed - you need to get to that htaccess file and post the contents.
This isn't a cache issue it's a cookie issue. Your forum isn't setting the
mybbuser cookie which basically tells your browser your logged in. That cookie is then automatically removed when logging out. You'll find that it'll work in a browser like Firefox but not Google Chrome as it deems your site as "Not Secure" I believe.
Have you attempted to setup SSL for your forum? Removing it completely or adding a certificate and making your forum "Secure" would fix your forum I
think.

Okay. I have seen the problem with three different browsers.
I have never installed an SSL to the forum. I can ask the hosting provider to do it right?
So when I check it on this site =

Do what i said originally and disable this file temporarily - it's those cache contents that's causing a problem for MyBB.
Rename the .htaccess -> clear your browser cache -> restart the browser
Do that and report the result to us here.
Afterwards, when you confirm that this is the problem, you need to examine those cache rules one by one
PS: Is that the .htaccess that comes standard with Wordpress ?
