Hmm, what version of PHP is your host running? It's also worth noting that using a single quote in HTML is not valid HTML.

Oh well, at least you got it fixed.
I have noticed a minor issue with the code. It's great code and all, however when I turn off my forums, than go back to the news page, it doesn't show the news but shows the entire forum where the news postings should actually go when offline. When the forums are online, it shows correctly. Sad
Yeah, that's because of MyBB's global.php inclusion. As far as I am aware, there is nothing I can do about that.

Are you using UTF-8? If you look a few pages back, there is some info on making sure your page is using UTF-8 encoding.
yes i use UTF-8
On both your page and your database?

If so, I don't know what's wrong.
now i have added this line <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" /> and its work but i got this error now
