Yep, it does, at least for me (with MyBB 1.4.4).

Its working fine on 1.4.x. The theme was made on a 1.4.1 board, so you will need to select "Ignore version compatibility" when uploading the theme. I plan to release updated versions of N.Design and Dark Intentions soon.

Is it possible to change the backgroundcolor?
when i changed it, the background of the forums are black, but not the left and right
