When I go into Admin CP to activate a Plugin in it says

Does that happen with a specific plugin or just any plugin?
Are you sure all the files are in the right place...??
It also sounds like you're trying to access the plugin file directly.
Example, you're trying to activate it by going to: htto://www.yourwebsite.com/inc/plugins/welcomeplugin.php

Well it wouldn't be saying that if it was in the plugins folder and you were in the ACP trying to activate it because you're not accessing it directly then... you'll probably get a better answer in the discussion thread for this plugin. That plugin doesn't even have the text 'Please, Do not access this page directly' in it...
I just put it in inc/plugins not plugins/views or model right?
Not really sure what you mean by views or model, just goes in ./inc/plugins...
Well I just want to know how to fix the problem
