You should add an note that this only works on Apache servers.
I'm using the same aswell, however, I'm using without *.html after, I think it looks cleaner.
But if you need help just give me a shout. I think it's an good thing

I would like to inform everyone that my project "MyBB SEO" has been cancelled. I have realized that it is way too much work to accomplish, with my limited php knowledge and time.
