If it's locked for new code, that means no new bug fixes or anything. If it were 'almost done', it'd be good enough for beta.
Technically it looks about ready for beta Toungue. It looks like it's just fixing bugs (to me and only from a quick glance).

I would like to see "Required?" option declined into a pure "Required?" and "Show on registration?".
IMHO it's BS how MyBB run their releases. They should be able to implement features in all releases. Why wait 2 years for something as simple as this?
