I'm extremely interested in this particular theme but I'm having trouble contacting the author. He doesn't appear to have been active on these forums for well over a year now. If anyone knows a way to contact him (his site is down and unsure if he'll get the email notification from my PM), please let me know. Aside from his images, the rest of the links are dead and there's seemingly no way to obtain the theme.
Alternatively, I'd be open to someone pointing me in the direction of something very similar to this theme (primarily with the ajax notice panel and user panel setup, as those are the two primary draws to me for this >.>).
