Epic theme, we need something like that for MyBB.

I'm sure you could pay someone about $25(the price of the theme alone) to $50 to make someone similar and to your needs.

If you get permission, I'll convert it and release it free to the community.

Premium theme, i doubt they will allow it free.

You'd have to sell it and give them xx% of the cash you get.
