There must be something interfering somewhere here. In ./inc/init.php, after
define("TIME_NOW", time());
add
define("NO_PLUGINS", 1);
Try and reset the password again, does it work??

Set the language on the forum and in the ACP to English, reset the password again, does it work then??

I tried in english with and without define("NO_PLUGINS", 1);
I think it's something weird with your theme. When I use the default theme, the quick login in the header and the full login page (./member.php?action=login) both work. On your theme, only the quick login is currently working, it always says it's wrong when using the full login but then works fine with the quick login.
But UtenteBug don't work with the default theme too i think
It does, I've just tried it a number of times, I've changed the password to password. It works everywhere fine on the default theme, it only works with the quick login on your main theme.
