Go to Additional Chars on Strict Username setting.
And manually add all those characters in to Smile ▐►►☺◄◄▌
Check here for the other HTML entities or Geometric Shapes
You can simply switch to "white list" and choose, what users can use.
Of course you can select what script should block, but it's more difficult.

What should be blocked is more than what should be allowed!

So the plugin's main function should be allow alphan-numerics, underscore and hyphen, block everything else. Then additionally all the above options can be given.

Plugin settings is very flexible. Admin can create white or blacklist, select groups or type chars manually.
