where is the best place to look? There are no users yet..it is in test mode..yet running slow. Thoughts?
Who's your host?? Post the debug stats from the footer of your forum. If it's slow even with no activity, it sounds like you're on a very bad host.
It has to do with a slow host check into another host. Capital-hosting.co.uk has some good prices and run very fast with mybb boards.
You just never know with host, you can also contact your host about this....

I've never ran them I would just try to find another host if I was you. And if its still running slow.
I would suggest moving hosts, are you looking for free or paid hosting?
I doubt thats the full problem. They are an amazing host.
I'd contact them and see, maybe there is another troublesome person on your server.
Could it be plugins causing it to slow?
Can we have the debug stats like I asked for 4 days ago...?? Unless you have a whole load of plugin (100+) they shouldn't be having any major effect.
