It's been perfect for me. ping and tracert show nothing of significance.
No problems here, Portugal.
Its the route between Seattle and you. Try seeing how many hops it takes you to get to the server. When a server goes down, you have to make more hops, or you can't connect at all.

Look at the amount of servers that are down, and the amount.
I was having no problems with anything, then I started using Chrome. Chrome seems to be the only issue.
I've had no chrome issues.
What version of Chrome are you using??
I'm using latest version.
