When is mybb 1.7 or 2.0 coming out? What new features might it have?
Next major release would be 2.0 , and who knows when it will be out ?

Information regarding MyBB 2.0 is currently scarce; however, it has been confirmed that MyBB 2.0 will include a completely rewritten code base and a new theme. It is currently unclear when more information regarding MyBB 2.0 will be available.
