Still nothing.Maybe the problem is that im running the forum in my localhost?

I haven bought a domain yet.I still doing the changes in my localhost wamp server.

Try clearing your browser's cookies. Make a Force refresh: CTRL + F5

That's strange. Because I test the same file on my localhost and its working absolutely fine.

These are the plugins i have at the moment installed.I post them to see if conflict with something else.

I don't think any of these are conflicting to that plugin.

Can you please de-activate the plugin, Re-upload the file which I provided on Post# 12 and Re-activate it again ?
