Okay, so I moved my site successfully to my friend's host.

He had a VPS, so he kindly let me on his server.

Anyway, now, I'm on my site, everything went well, till something a bit weird happened.

Right now, I have 2 users online, Spike Fiddletoon, and me.

To me, I'm the only one online, to him, He's the only one online.

He posted a thread, but I can't see it.

I cleared my cookies and catche, still didn't work.

Any ideas why?

If you are un-able to see his thread, then you might have disabled the permissions to view other's threads.

ACP > Forums and Posts > Edit the forum > Edit Permissions > and Untick "Can only view own threads?" option check box.

Nope, that's not it.

It was never checked, this happened after I switched servers..

Can you please print your settings page of that forum's Permissions ?

Are you using the same IP by any chance?
If he sends you the link to the thread, can you see it then?

No... His IP is 24.238.62.62
Mines is 67.86.63.152

Is the forum visible for guest? Can you see his thread as a guest or another user?

Nope, it's funny, after I switched servers, he posted a thread, I saw it for like 5 seconds, then it suddenly vanished, didn't see it at all, but the user who posted it, saw it.

He thought he was the only one online, and I thought I was the only one online, according to the Who's Online, I only saw myself online, and to him, he only saw himself only online.
