I get this error when i try to upload picture to my forum. any help or suggestions?

it just refreshes the page

i use foreign language .. i worked in my files translation form English to my language..

but know what i mast to do ? OR how can i check what is new in language packets ??

hey my team and me create a spanish translate but the ´ and ñ dont work

So recently my host shut down and sent me the backup of my forums. I found a new provider and I wish that I could just upload everything through FTP and done with it..but that hasn't worked. I modified the config.php to reflect the change in MySql databases but that didn't work.

How do I accomplish something like that?
