I've finally tracked the problem down to this... I have a custom theme, and for some reason, unless the logged on user has an avatar uploaded, the avatars of users on FORUM posts (loads fine on their profiles etc), revert to a default avatar?!

Their normal avatar appears for a split second, but then it loads the default avatar.

What the hell is going on?! It's got to be something to do with my theme I'd assume because the other theme I had didn't do this.

It has the code there in the template for the Avatar Image but it doesn't show on the memberlist.

Hi. Today i created a new topic but i noticed that i can't make any topics.

There's no board i can type in and something happened with the images and the text

I tried to change the theme of the forum but it still hasn't been fixed.

i am pritty sure everyone has heard of the ajax chat from blueimp.

i was wondering if anyone know how to put the mybb avatar from a user and then make the avatar show on the ajax chat next to the username of that person  i have been asking around for like forever! and no one can do it :o thought i would ask on here... here is an example of what i mean.

While I can delete or ban a user from my forum site, I cannot find anywhere a user can themselves completely unregister or remove themselves from the entire forum site.

Not just unsubscribe from posts, threads or specific subforums, but from the whole forum site. i.e. to remove their complete profile, to no longer be a member.

For instance, I cannot find it for my own registration to this MyBB forum either.

How can users do that?

Hello, I'm trying to figure out a way so that users of a certain usergroup must have X number of posts before viewing a thread.

They should still be able to view the threads list, but when they open I'd like it to say a custom message if possible to.

Like "You need X posts to view threads in this forum, please do not make spam posts, X number of HQ posts is required" or something like that.

I have an IT guy I hired as a freelancer who set up a mybb on chasechat.com for me. It was a theme I found online that I know was difficult. It was in Italian for starters.

The problem I'm having is that people can't seem to register on it and I don't know what to do. People keep messaging me saying they aren't getting an email to verify their registration. Then I go in and through the admin cp I register them. Then they still need an email to verify them they say that they can't get.

Does anyone know how what needs to be done? Very much appreciate it.

Set my site to fixed width and the container cuts off for some reason? Is this is a padding issue or something, I've been setting width's left right and center and it's not working.

Hello, my current theme works just fine with Tabbed Menu here: http://www.mybbcentral.com/thread-7687.html.

But now my tabs are broken. They are just displaying no content (besides the first tab, but it only loads like half the content of the page, it's weird).

Any idea why?

Things I've tried: Deactivating and reactivating plugin. Uninstall and reinstall plugin (redo everything from scratch).

help my forum wont open threads when members create new thread it created ect but when i go to view it it opens a white page with this error.
