I think that the better way is to use the actual attachment system, with the following settings:
- Attachments types : you enable only the ones you want
- Show Attached Thumbnails in Posts : Full size image
- Max width and max height : you choose

I'll create the plugin in a few days, but I think it will be a deprecated way to add pictures

Good Morning !
Thanks for your attention and consideration.
I want to save the images on the forum domain and I don't want any more problems with TinyPic, postimage.org and imgur. It's a lot of work for users and many of them don't like to host their photos on these sites.

Hello Crazycat. I apologize for the insistence, but I really need the plugin to open my forum. I know you are doing so kind to help me.
Thank you.

Good morning, Crazycat.
Sorry for my insistence, but I really need the plugin.
If necessary, I can contribute some cash value.
Thanks for your attention and help.

Hello Crazycat. I'm still waiting for you to finish the plugin as you posted earlier. Please just confirm that you are going to complete it. Thank you very much and have a Merry Christmas.
