here is a suggestion regarding poll options
- Along with participation, there should be an option for users which do not qualify post limit, they should not be able to create any poll as well.

Wait for v0.2 It will include this option.

one more idea, can you also make an option to not to post new thread until user reach the required number of posts along with signature? Or atleast not able to posts links in new threads/posts?

This seems to be turning from a simple plugin into a rather complicated one.

Not a bad idea, and not as hard to do, wait for the upgrade, hopefully it'll include both the options together.

Just a thought on this i don't think it would be a good idea to stop them making threads as then how would they make a intro thread as that is one of the first topics created by many members, the no links in threads/posts is a good idea though.
also i think the no new threads can be done using group permission and promotions by default so would really be a pointless feature.
