I installed the plugin but I don't see how to use it ? form where users can create a new ticket ?

It is giving me an error seeming like my admin doesn't have permission to reply to the tickets... am I missing something... I think it has all the permissions that it could have..

It checks the group id's of the user against the ones specified in the settings. By default the admin group is id 4 which is included in the setting. Is your user in that group and is the setting correct?

Looks like it.. "index.php?module=user-groups&action=edit&gid=4" is in the URL for administrators.

Having the same issue here, checked everything icluding database entries, but no chance. Still can't reply to tickets as admin.

We could either be doing the same thing wrong or the plugin has an issue.

I haven't really messed with it in a bit though so I dunno.

I haven't any time atm to look at this. However I'm aware of one case where reuploading all plugin files helped. I've an exam on friday so I won't be able to test it till then.
