It works so fast but it will be better when users (in usercp) can choose what threads they need to track on forum. Some user dont like spam from fun  threads (for example counting to 1000) but some people love to get alerts for spamming there.

unfortunately will not be possible.
I'm just thinking about on off option for user in next vers.

Edit: maybe possible... i will try...

Well.
This works only with default mybb theme. If you use custom theme it will not work properly until manual template changes.

Find it: check your active theme's footer temlate. For some reason Muina don't add {$miunanewsfooter} into it.
After I've added it manually it start working.

Nah, I can't get it worked.
My OpenShift Cartridge running ok, but plugin won't show anything.
English is not my native language, so, sorry for any mistakes which I will do for sure.

not has anything different in installation description.
the problem that many people do not carefully follow the tutorial, changing one thing here and another there. If made something different, will not work. It's not my fault that.

anyway... i will put link of post above in initial post.

Miuna News is what you can see in image and in demo site.

what Miuna News made is alert when has new post and new thread.
if has myalert installed, alert too if has new myalert. All thing without F5 and Ajax.

If thread that you reading has new post, this post will load automatically, without F5.

You noted in your installation guide that Miuna requires cURL.
So, Miuna requires php5-curl module installed and enabled on web-server.

Check yours Apache error.log for this kind of error:

Quote:PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined function curl_init()

This is means, that you dont have php5-curl module installed/enabled in Apache web-server. Install it, restart Apache and try again.

And what about CORS?
I have errors in console related to it. But my apache2 headers already set Access-Control-Allow-Origin "*" and Access-Control-Allow-Credentials "true" headers.

apache2 module headers enabled too.

cors error is caused if you made some mistake in step 5
