What I did is I copy the code from first page and paste it to note pad then I copy it again from notpad and paste it to the index its now working on me.

The mod OUGC Announcement Bars don't work (for me and for other users).

Is possible to add some options, using the php code? Like show bars only for Guests or Junior users?

In order to change the font color I just added

color:#FCFFF0;

But how to change the hyperlink color, only for the announcement bar?
