I need to go from 1.4.4 to 1.4.8

Hello, well I spnd all afternoon making changes to language files again, Im glad that is finished!
One language file I couldnt find and I am scratching my head.
I want to change the words on registration page when people are entering their chosen username & password, but I could not find it in language files.
Does anybody know which language file has this on it?

and
global.lang.php

Contain the registration language and username/password.
