Quick edit and quick reply bug

Hello people.
I have problem with the fast edit.
I click the button for the fast edit and the fast edit dont work
And,I click the button for the quick reply,I write the text send the reply and the quick reply loading for the infinity!

(Sorry my english is not perfect).

See if the normal quick reply works, deactivate the advanced quick reply.

The Normal reply works...I have deactivate the advanced quick reply but dont work.
When I send the message the quick reply say me ''Loading...please wait.''

Isnt plugins problem.I have deactivate the all plugins and the problem is here!
