Ok so how do I add a page now that I have this installed? Just create a template for it?

I don't know what you want to do. This plugin is just a tool to create pages as easy as possible (it brings MyBB a little bit more to be a CMS).

Maybe for starting you could try this little test page: http://community.mybboard.net/thread-631...#pid452359

Updated to version 1.2:
  • Code optimization
  • Added a 'Modified' column on pages overview

To update from version 1.0 or 1.1 to 1.2 just overwrite plugin file. That all you need to do!

I'm working on next version. This will allow you to import and export pages. So it is possible to backup pages or to share pages with other people! It will also include an option to turn on MyBB template mode (This will inlcude MyBB header and footer automatically).

Nice plugin, thank you, however it would be cool if it had a dumb mode where you can enter directly:

- page title
- breadcrumb name
- heading
- content

which will display a page with page title, breadcrumb, heading and content, in MyBB design, so we can write the content directly without doing it ourselves in php ( http://community.mybboard.net/thread-631...#pid452359 ) for every page

otherwise instead of "PHP is allowed" it would be more accurate to say "PHP is required" which is essentially the same as creating page.php files on the server

Next version can do something like this. It's already working on my local test server. Wink At the moment I'm working on import function (export works fine).

It's not so trivial to handle a XML import file... [Image: undecided.gif]

You should save the stuff in the templates db instead of your own, then you could abuse MyBB's import/export for that. Big Grin But I digress, I'm glad that you already thought about that feature, so I'll just patiently look forward to your next release. Smile
