By the way, it seems this plugin don't work with custom forum themes. (only default)
In some templates it's still works (if quick quote set as default behavior) but there is no options in userCP (like in your screenshot). In other templates it doesn't work completely.

What theme are you using?

Well.. I'm using about 30 templates on my local test server. For example http://mods.mybb.com/view/apart-sky (i'm using MyBB 1.6.0)

Just tried that theme and it's working for me. You need to deactivate and reactivate every plugin if you install a new theme to make the template changes to the new templates.

I deactevated and reactivated your plugin. But no results... (besides i'm installed those themes before your plugin).
Maybe this is local server bug... I don't know.
