Couldn't reproduce sorry.
Installed the plugin, made a bar "test", deleted the bar, still visible on every page.
Had to uninstall the plugin to have the bar removed.
Also missing the options to select on which forums the bar should be visible.
no problem in my forum... and please check your setting for announcement again carefully
There is 1 setting....
And when you remove a bar... What settings can be done there?
Found a little bug, when you put 0 for no limit it makes them all disappear and thinks to display 0
Keeps showing hidden? any help

I am having this same problem downloaded from the mods website
is there any fix for this thing?
