Just a quick question since this is a ripping discussion and I am newer to forum themes...Is it considered ripping if you download the theme from this website, modify it heavily to suit your needs, and put something along the lines of "The theme is a modified version of" in front of the "(insert theme name here) by (insert theme creator here)"?
