Must be a problem on your part. Site's running fine.

Its better to get content first before advertising.

I'm filling it up with content. When members join, they'll have threads to post on.
Nobody will join a forum with such little activity unless you are offering something very new and promising. Which you're not.
Nice copy of the thetechgame.com's theme...yaldaram?

I didn't actually notice until now. It's just a temp theme until I purchase a custom theme.

I'm confused. What exactly are you showcasing here?
  • You haven't got a domain yet
  • You don't have a theme
  • You have no content

Put time and effort into your site. Perfect it and get is consumer-ready. Just when you think you are done, put off releasing it for another week and continuously add and improve. Then showcase it - you'll feel much better and you'll have something that you are truly proud of.

Why waste your one showcase thread on this site, if nothing is done?

Never expected this from yaldaram actually.
Here are examples of proper showcase threads (yes mine is also in the list). These are forums that have been customized and have content that's worthy of being showcased. You should really use the Development forum if you need general feedback on a design. Slapping on a theme and adding forums is something that anyone can do, if I'm being blunt. There's not much feedback anyone can give in that case.

WWE Forums
Dietary Gaming
Harajuju
TESOF
Forum King
The JRPG Club

There are more as well, but you'll get the idea with these.
