OK, I've upgraded my main forum and I'm having the same problem with a regular member seeing their own hidden content. Admin doesn't have a problem, and the regular member only has this problem with Quick Edit!
Try also looking at your own reputation if you have it enabled.

I get the parsin error when viewing my own reputation details and after a quick edit.

Have you tried getting fresh files from the download and redoing the modification? Maybe your files are corrupted. I've done this hide hack on two different forums that are upgraded to 1.2.3, and the only problem I've encountered is the member not being able to see their own hidden content after using Quick Edit. No errors at all!
Well I get no more errors, thanks to some sick moron friend of mine.
Boy don't you just love hackers when you spend 4+ months making a website?
