This worked, but I installed Spice Shoutbox and because of this HideHack Code the shoutbox doesn't work. This HIDEHACK should be MyBB Default!!!!
Then use MusicalMidget's shoutbox. That will work with this hack.
the problem is i don't like musical midget's shoutbox...
There's nothing wrong with it once you apply a few of the known fixes...and I guess it just depends on which of these you want more.

No, those are just comment lines so if you ever need to look at that file in the future, you'll know what that code belongs to. It's a good idea to leave it in, and it doesn't hurt anything to have it there.
