Rather busy on other projects as of late and have not gotten much done on further 1.8.x development, but will start converting some of the current ACP styles I did for 1.8 on over to 1.6 compatibility for those folks still using 1.6.x.  Current progress so far for example:

Some MyBB 1.6.x ACP Style compatible versions completed so far.., listed above with temporary download links. Will get around to converting my remaining 1.8 ACP styles to 1.6.x compatibility as my time allows & then I will hopefully get back to some 1.8 development as my time allows.

Current progress on a simple request from user "Wage" for the 1.6 default ACP ported to 1.8:

* Currently did not have much time to play with this.., but overall the request for the style port is finished as the user simply wanted an existing default ported. Basic request complete, thus I do not plan to continue on this further.

* Clean up any minor styling issues
* Consider improving style beyond initial port to bring it more into the modern day or keep it "plain jane" classic for nostalgia purposes

* I did have a few other ACPs in the works, mostly dark themed projects.., though I have opted to discontinue the projects at this time as my computer time has been rather limited as of late and I would like to start to focus more on front-end theme development projects as my time and interest allows again.

nice looking themes. looks like you are devoting good amount of time for the theme styles.
you should also make them responsive (may be by using bootstrap or other methods)
