my problem is about the slowness of the admin panel. when ı updated the 18.6, my admin panel was very very got slow, and then ı saw the problem cause of google seo. I changed some codes in google seo.php. Google seo is not seem on my admin panel but forum is working comletely well.
it is not about the other problems.

My forum has gotten much slower since the upgrade also. I went from 1.6.18 to 1.8.6. The slowness is noticeable when clicking to look at my plugins in ACP, but also in the forum when submitting posts, voting in polls, and so on. Members are now submitting duplicate/triplicate posts because I think they are clicking multiple times to submit the post (because it is taking so much longer to respond to them).
I noticed this first when upgrading my test forum, but thought it might be an anomaly because I had some issues with tables when I did that upgrade. No issues with the production site upgrade, everything went smoothly, but then I ended up with the very same slowness issues. Looking at the Github fix, I am not sure what I need to do to correct this situation -- can someone please clarify?
Thank you!

1. Open both files.
2. Find green parts (CTRL + F).
3. Change them to red parts.
