It seems like after the patch, I got a blank page for my index.php

Re-upload your index.php perhaps?

I already did that.
I even tried debugging it (though not fully yet) - the script runs, but gets halted at some point in time before the output. I am wondering if it's to do with one of the plugins I installed being not compatible too.
