That's cool, I have been doing heavy customization on mine
But I think that Afresh is a much better basis for new theme development than the default MyBB theme, which is why I said it.

You need to edit the theme's "Table Spacing" property - simply edit the theme, and change that property (it is NOT in a stylesheet; this is a THEME setting).

An (good news) in each one of the themes there are a button's GDK file.
But, alas, the text in these PSDs is not directly editable !
If the text were in a separate layer, the translation would be easier.
Moreover text styles would be preserved.
If you have it, could you release these PSD files (without merging text layers and image) ?
I would be very grateful.

I got a problem, I am trying to put an image in Postbit > Author_user but the image doesn't appearing.

Technically, this issue isn't related to the theme, as that template isn't edited. However, I'll help you anyway:

Which one do you want to be different from the standard trow1 / trow2? That will tell me which one you need to edit.
Yes, but when I put image in Index page template > index it appear but in Postbit > authoruser doesn't appearing.
