I converdet IPB 1.3 Final to MyBB 1.0 PR2...
After login to the adminpanel, there is only the frameset with the loginpage in every fram!
I've converdet local and at the www server but always the same!
Any idea???

hmmm, i read through the convertion process, and it seems to just moves one password from one forum to the other, but it seems like they use different encryption process (the hashes were different from the same password string)
could that be it?
mike.cal, check your cookie settings (use phpMyAdmin since you cannot login to ACP: phpMyAdmin --> mybb_settings --> cookie_domain and cookie_path)
Make sure the cookie settings match your board URL.
Between PR2 and 1.1.2 they're have been alot of changes, but the only way to really know is for someone to test it and tell us

but all the custon Group is banned group(i fix it manuely). all the another things work ok.
BBcode convertor can be great(i mean that all the BBcode in IPB will replace in the MyBB BBcode)
