I have been porting MyPlaza to mybb 1.4 and talked to zinga (MyPlaza's author) and he suggested I should release it as a different distribution of MyPlaza.

Its name is MyPlaza Turbo and it is being tested by my beta testers.

I am not sure if the settings are set to not allow guests to view MyPlaza Turbo, I can't remember so if you don't have the right permissions, register and test it by yourself.

Updating MyPlaza is a huge, exciting project, and Pirata Nervo has a nice forum.

ps. I e-Mailed the person who authored "sale.php" the re-sell second hand items module.
His last post here was ~5 months ago, so I hope he shows up.
