No it will be in the final release (7600) that will be released in stores (already leaked) called Windows 7 E. In Europe you will only be able to get that E version.

btw: I see, that you link your signature image to fireforums.co.cc/cache/signature.png but it would be better to link to fireforums.co.cc/signature.php because the png itself will not update and show old statitics.
