Well I had a small off site backup service and just used the backup feature of Direct Admin which allows you to have it ftp'd after run.
There is a way to set up a cron for it in cPanel as well. However I don't think you have a place to backup to other than your computer. I remember coming across a way to have it emailed to you but I can't find it

Hmm, the only thing I can do is make it to make a backup to the hard drive, nothing else
