One question, though. Why do you have two options for referral?

I dont, if oyu have two then you need to de-activate and re-activate sorry, When i released r2 i forgot to add the code to delete the settings, thus when you de-activate it didnt remove settings. So re-activating just added more settings

Fixed in v1.4 r3 though
