Some areas of the world Warez law are very strict. Also yes, look at some of the chans, they have drug releated boards.

My point was there is a difference between those things I put question marks after... visiting sites has certain methods to check, downloading has others, discussion IMO get over it
but it has other as well.
Guys this isnt illegal. If you own the router you have every right to monitor the usage of it. With Windows Server on the PC you can do this via Terminal Manager.

This may be the case if it was a parent/guardian - child aspect, but from what's been stated so far (brother and sister) it doesn't sound at all legit to me.
Couldn't you just tell your parents about your suspicion and let them deal with it?
