Ah, I hadn't anticipated that. Yeah, I can fix it for sure. I'll try and sort it out today and post a link to an external download. The mods site takes too long to validate.
Just submitted the new version to the mods DB. This new version takes advantage of MyBB's Task system to preform stats updates - updating stats once every 30 minutes as standard (you can change this, but I advise against it - stats on the API are only updated at this frequency anyway). I've also re-written a whole chunk of the plugin to add more variables (by just globalising my xml feed) - see the first post for a full list of variables available for use in the template and descriptions of each one.
I have also now added a simple XBox LIVE leaderboard to the plugin. This kind of feature has been requested many times both on mybb.com and for other forum software. It doesn't yet challenge the gXBoxLive plugin for vBulletin, but I'll continue to work on it.
Anyway, keep your eye on the Mods DB and the first post for brand new screenshots and information.
On a side note, I have tried to iron out all the bugs I know of. That's no to say this plugin is perfect still - so please report any bugs in this thread. Then i can at least try to iron them out.

As it says, either the gamertag is invalid or the task has not yet run to update stats. Go to the task manager area of the ACP and check is "MyXBL Updater" is queued (it should be). Also, does your server have cURL enabled?
Just a quick update, apparently the API has been shut down. For good. It was getting 3 million + hits a day and the owner just couldn't sustain it D: I'm afraid this plugin is now pretty much useless until MS opens it's stats API (as if that'll ever happen) or another service becomes available. Awfully sorry
Nearly finished fixing this up now. The only downside is that you can only pull stats once a day - otherwise Microsoft will get notice and will likely serve you notice. It's up to you to change the task run time yourself if you want to take the risk. I've also removed the file cache and just gone straight for entering everything into the database. There are fewer stats, so it's easier this way. I'm also sorting out the leaderboard to be a little more professional.

The new version is more simple as explained above, but at least it now works (and it will do till Microsoft change gamercard designs again if at all). The plugin now just uses file_get_contents rather than CURL to get the data, then parses it itself - this should mean less errors for most people. If you think the task is taking a long time to complete, you can check the update time in the task logs. It's always been below 1 second for me, but that's on a generally small database with only a few members. It will take a while to complete (it has to fetch gamercards from the xbox.com server after all then parse them), but I'm totally open to optimisation suggestions!

Right, it seems that Xbox.com have made another change to their gamercard service. I have no idea what they've done exactly just yet, but I'm working to resolve it. Sorry for anybody having issues.
