I like the look of it definitely more then the Ipad.

My dad got it for very cheap, a new supplier for his work was trying to get a deal, so that was that. For the windows thing? His a macophobe. He avoids its like the plague. I'm actually liking the Ipad 2, looks much fixed up.
Would be better if the battery lasted longer.

Yea exactly what I was thinking. If anything Apple is worse.
i'd rather wait for the blackberry playbook or get an android powered tablet, but i would never get a tablet. i'm just not one of those people who need an extra portable device like that.

Because I judge the software on its individual merits rather than the company who designed it. Windows is not made for a touch interface.
If I ever get a tablet, it'll be an iPad or a Galaxy Tab. Windows is slow enough on desktops, I don't want to even try it on a tablet.
