Not a thread I'd normally throw something into, but I just had a problem with my host - Hostgator. I couldn't be bothered fixing it, so sent a support ticket @ 5:52AM CST. Answered and fixed @ 5:54AM CST.
Can't argue with that. Been a customer for years and look after several packages for different people. Never had a problem. If anybody does experience anything wrong, support ticket requesting to move server - no questions asked. For me, it's hard to bash HG at the moment (and at least they don't shoot elephants).
