I haven't been on hostable and have been on a VPS that was suggested here. I realize a few people have seen the site while on the VPS over the past week and don't want people thinking a free hostable account is all that and a bag o' chips.
http://dotblock.com/ server with nothing preinstalled on it when picking a package, installed nginx on it and running a forum on a server there and it's good, my IP is also dedicated (whoising it only shows that my site is using the IP).

So many different webhosts, lol. I'm using x10hosting.
It's basically my first real webhost I've used besides a failed attempt with GoDaddy when I was younger and thought I knew my stuff.
X10 has a bad reputation to be honest, go with smaller companies, they are often better
big corporations just try to put as many people on one server as possible
