How i can make for some Group to be able to close their own Threads?

The editor buttons while making new thread or new replies are not showing.
I don't know what's wrong.

Guys i don't know why but but the member who use hotmail,yahoo,other Mail service they do not get verification Email. only Gmail user get's the verfication email

i don't know how to fix it..
and i am newbie in php code also

Please tell me how can i add that when a Member register in my forum he can only use gmail mail ID for registration and if he use other email ID then they can't register

and 1 more thing how can i add that only email Verified user can login .i don't know y but the user which are not verified they can login [Which i Don't Want] but can't Post

When mybb was on 1.4.4 I converted my forum to MyBB from SMF, I have it active until today that i update to 1.6.
I need the plugin yet? or isn't necessary anymore?

I promise this is my last question for a while:

Is there a way to add fields into the 'Contact Details' table instead of on the right side? I wish to add a few fields that link to other websites such as Facebook, MySpace, Last.FM etc... But I think it'd be much neater to be in the Contact table.
