isnt it possible to select ALL forums for one action? Can this option be added?
Like I want to have all forums to close thread after 60 days?

When I select "Not selected or All for Delete permanent redirects", it give error "Provided forum id is invalid"

Currently it is allowed to select all forums only for "Delete permanent redirects".

I add your idea to my TODO list for next release.

First, I am a new user of your plugin and it is perfect for what I needed it for. I needed to find a way to automatically delete old threads (while maintaining proper counts on Threads, Posts, Stats, etc.) & it does this beautifully.

Second, add my vote to add the option to select "All Forums" for thread actions (close, delete, move).

Third, spelling error found, in the file:
MYBB_ROOT/inc/languages/english/admin/forumcleaner.lang.php

Original:
$l['thread_action'] = "Tread Action";

Suggested fix:
- add the letter "h" in "Thread Action"
$l['thread_action'] = "Thread Action";

Last, I would suggest adding a couple words for clearer English, in the file:
MYBB_ROOT/inc/languages/english/forumcleaner.lang.php

Original:
$l['topics_deleted'] = "Topics deleted when {1} is {2} {3} old.";
$l['topics_closed'] = "Topics closed when {1} is {2} {3} old.";
$l['topics_moved'] = "Topics moved to \"{1}\" when {2} is {3} {4} old.";

Suggested fix:
- add the words "are" and "the" as shown in all three lines
- I also preferred to change the word "Topics" to "Threads" in all three lines, to be consistent with other areas of the board
$l['topics_deleted'] = "Threads are deleted when the {1} is {2} {3} old.";
$l['topics_closed'] = "Threads are closed when the {1} is {2} {3} old.";
$l['topics_moved'] = "Threads are moved to \"{1}\" when the {2} is {3} {4} old.";

Thank you so much for all of your hard work.

stgardner,
1. "All Forums" - for example, I see no practical usage in All forums selection for Move action. Looks like I need to redesign Action definition screens.
2. English suggestions - thanks, English is not my native language.

djdoubt03, sticky threads are excluded from Forum Cleaner actions. So, you can use it.

asmile,
I appreciate your response and after some careful thought, I would suggest that should you wish to expand the "Forum to Clean" options, instead of having an "all forums" option, maybe consider having the ability to select "multiple forums" and rename this section to "Forum(s) to Clean". This would allow for the selection, by way of a drop-down "multiple select" list box, of one forum or more than one forum (up to and including choosing them all), to apply the same set of rules to.

Yes, it is exactly what I think about.

I finally installed this thing. I know we talked about it a bunch during the initial development and autoexpunge fiasco, but for some reason I never got around to installing it.

Its looking good so far

One thing to note, the template for the index prune note needs to be <br /> and not <br> to be valid code. Just a little nit-pick.
Lost interest, sold my sites, will browse here once in a while. It's been fun.

I hope (in the future) this plugin could work together with this mod http://www.mybbcentral.com/thread-2856.html
for example, could give option whether (include) the notification to authors or not Smile
