one more idea, can you also make an option to not to post new thread until user reach the required number of posts along with signature? Or atleast not able to posts links in new threads/posts?

Just a thought on this i don't think it would be a good idea to stop them making threads as then how would they make a intro thread as that is one of the first topics created by many members, the no links in threads/posts is a good idea though.
also i think the no new threads can be done using group permission and promotions by default so would really be a pointless feature.

In addition to this option, I'm also adding an option to select some forums to restrict the posting of new threads only on those forums. It would be helpful for you to stop posting New Threads without having to reach certain post count.

Looks great but still doesn't seem to auto delete sigs of those that don't meet min posts.

Currently it doesn't remove the signatures, I'll do this tomorrow. Sorry for that but because I've serious pain in my back so was difficult for me to sit on the chair and code lengthy plugins. Since the removal of signatures requires some work, so I would request you to please wait this until tomorrow.

hope this is done soon as i'm waiting to use it on my forum just the sig romoval is the only other feature i currently need.
